How happy I have always been with this bank, and how much this bank has fallen in everything!!! The costumer service is simply not even one star, but minus 5 stars!!!! After 5-6 pm the help line does not work!!! How so,????? Only write in the life chat with the works, then, maybe if you are lucky in two hours, a person will write to you. And the problem that ALL BANKS IN ENGLAND solve in 10 minutes 24 hours a day, in Halyvax it can be busy for about a week @!!! I contacted the bank for help from scammers, sent all the emails and asked for help, and I still have not received help!!! Last night, 44£ were withdrawn from my account by scammers again, and what do you think???? They connected me with the apperptors, but I heard nothing but beeps. I just sent the reference that they gave me in an SMS at night, and received the answer, we do not understand what you want from us???? There is no worse bank in England!!! Also no support for their clients!!!

Went in to change my name to my married name and had a lovely person called Gosia help me, they were very friendly, helpful and informative, they also helped me decide to open a savings account after mentioning, did I want a review concerning my account? I declined but today after having a look at the savings accounts on my app, I opened a savings account. So thank you Gosia, I appreciate your help and support, I hope you read this, also keep up the good work.?We miss our branch. Thank you ?

Honestly a ridiculous queue. One staff member behind the counter whilst many others are waiting. Probably best not to visit in person because you'll be waiting forever.

Can?t get through to anyone to ask a simple question without then making you give card details even if your question s it?s general it?s useless I had to drive 30 mins just to ask a question, and when I did call them I was told no limit to cash deposits in coins, I walked through Peterborough with 2k in coins for them to accept £200 it?s a joke they put me at risk

Went in to make a cash withdrawal with no bank card, took over half hour, one member of staff on cashier till, whilst 6 other staff stood around chatting, a lady working on the desk on the right hand side, was doing her upmost to make me feel uncomfortable, as I was trying to keep my cool, she seemed to enjoy being overly loud and trying to provoke me, the bank manager (the man who greets customers and wears a lanyard) simply said ?next time don?t forget your card then? rude staff who want to look the part but not do their actual job.

Tried to ring your branch from Cape Town to discuss my mothers death After talking to an automated voice for a couple of minutes I got placed in a queue which was over 5 mins long. Why on Earth don?t you put an email address on your site ?
