I had a job where i needed to replace a damaged alluminium gutter hopper. After contacting Rhys for a bit of advice, he advised that the one i needed was a bespoke unit which they could make up for me. He sent me a couple of RAL colour samples to so we could get an exact match. Hopper was then made and delivered in quick time. Top service from the team and will i'll definately be intouch again.

I phoned the Gutter Centre for the first time ever - with what I knew was an awkward, non-standard order. Would they be able to supply? The telephone assistant immediately understood what I needed. She went the second mile to send me exactly what I required. It was extra work for her, and so easy for me. Thank you, Gutter Centre. (BTW If a company director is reading this, could I suggest you give Sian a salary rise for Christmas?)

I ordered some guttering incorrectly "as it turns out" We ordered what we assumed to be correct when taking measurements but I was contacted by Sian and we then went through many steps to be sure that we had ordered correctly, which it turns out that we hadn't, so this extra special assistance saved us time and money and it was very greatly appreciated, I feel that this level of service is rare in companies these days. Placed an order on 8th August with a 3-5 day lead time. Chased the order on 16th August. It took 24 hours for them to come back to me and tell me that the product was out of stock and I'd have to source it elsewhere. Unacceptable! Won't be using them again.

I ordered a number of various sized Marley guttering items on the website which is informative and easy to use. I immediately got a confirmation of the order which indicated that I had ordered an incorrect item. I rang the next morning and Sian sorted the order out including credit back. The items arrived a day ahead of forecast delivery date and all were in good condition. Base prices and carriage were very competitive and the overall service excellent. Would highly recommend
