Absolutely Discusting Greg's Peterbrough 9.45am cold steak bake was told they don't have a hot counter place ful of homeless people store dirty Smelt bad couldn't give a damn style service I have had Greg's all over the UK always good this place is a disgrace eventually threw the Steak bake away ime sure the pigeons will appreciate it just to add Greggs customer service got back to me very quickly they are fantastic as is most of Greggs stores staff just this one peterborough high street with seating outside could be fantastic but Destroyed by current certain staff ....

Fantastic service again, thank you Mandy! Nice to know there is a Greggs in Peterborough that can actually get an order to customers within 3 hours - looking at you Long Causeway! If the other shop hadn't have messed up so badly we would have ordered more food but because they were so long in doing nothing and not telling us, a large amount of people didn't want to eat anymore.

Outstanding Customer Service by Michelle!I revisited Greggs on Bridge Street in Peterborough for the second time, and this experience completely turned things around for me. Michelle, the wonderful lady at the till, provided exceptional customer service that deserves recognition. Despite it being a few minutes before closing time, she greeted me with a genuine smile, engaged in lighthearted conversation, and delivered excellent service. Her dedication and positive attitude made my visit truly enjoyable. Thank you, Michelle, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this Greggs for its outstanding staff.
