Met a nice guy called Ashley who was passionate about the hobby and with me at every step explaining as well as demonstrating all kinds of things i had questions to. Since I'm new ish to Warhammer it was very helpful especially now that I'm going to start painting. Overall great experience definitely going back there when i have time, all the things i bought were worth the purchase and reasonably priced.

Brilliant staff, attentive, not pushy, willing to chat about the hobby! Was met by Josh - he was kind took the time to chat to me about MESBG and he showed me models he was working on. Made me feel like I wanted to spend more time there and spend more money! Really refreshing to have someone do MESBG as well. Brilliant service - good store to visit.

Went into the store today! Josh was extremely helpful! He went through all the different factions, playstyles and starting points for me! As a beginner getting into the hobby this was amazingly useful as walking in was quite daunting but Josh made the experience easy to understand, definitely will be coming back!

I visited the store with my son as he was keen to get introduced to 40k and some of the armies and lore. Richard was brilliant. He got really into the stories and provided us with some practice Space Marines along with brushes and paints and gave us some starters tips. Not only Richard, but the other guys in there were also really friendly and helped us with painting. We sat there for hours and painted 4 minitures in the end and even got given some to take home to practice on! We are looking forward to choosing our first army and coming back for a free painting lesson with Marcus. Brilliant!

I went in store today with my eldest son, this was a really pleasant experience and we were very happy with the service we received, Marcus not only answered all our questions honestly and efficiently, but also engaged well with Lewis (my son) being a teenager a smile like the one he walked out the store with is rare but was lovely to see, great place and really nice people ?

This is my local GW store and it's got a great atmosphere and community. It may feel daunting coming into the hobby for the first time or like me back to after 28years out. But everyone has been helpful and supportive from painting tips to army building and strategies. Marcus has been a fantastic not only to myself but also to my wife and mother when they have popped in to get me a gift. He has understood what they have asked for (and they have no clue..) and always given sound advice.Great store 10/10

Moved to the UK for a short bit, and got introduced to Warhammer by a friend. Lived in Peterborough for a bit, background aside. Visited the store in Peterbourgh beacuse I was curious and met Marcus, I gotta say he is the super knowledgeable friendly and easy going person I've meet! His attitude made it super easy to get introduced into the game, did a couple intro games got some models with him and the other knowledgeable people at the store. Now I'm fully in, doing tournaments in the US, thanks to Marcus. I 100% fully recommend him to anyone who wants to get into the hobby, and should be the standard to anyone else. -Owens
