I?ve been considering joining Fitness Station Gym, but I have a few concerns that are holding me back ? especially given the £35/month price tag, which is quite high compared to other gyms in the area.
The biggest issue for me is the limited weekend hours. Closing at 6pm on Saturdays and 2pm on Sundays just doesn?t work for people with busy or irregular work schedules. Other gyms nearby offer longer hours over the weekend, which makes them far more convenient for full-time workers.
A potential solution could be the introduction of a clock-in/clock-out system. This would allow members to access the gym for extended hours without needing staff present ? something many modern gyms are already doing.
I?m genuinely interested in joining, but until the opening hours become more flexible ? especially on weekends ? it?s hard to justify the higher monthly cost.

Not such a bad gym but the music is absolutely horrific. Feel like I?m going to sleep when I?m in here. Mould all over the place, have trouble breathing sometimes. Asked numerous times to change the music however there is apparently ?licensing issues?. Don?t think other gyms in the area have licensing issues.

It?s a good gym , good equipment, good vibes with good people however during these hot summer months and recently these very hot days they have not been turning on the ac also many other gym goers from fitness station have also mentioned this and when asking staff members to turn it on they said they are not allowed due to this reason I will not be renewing my membership until winter when it?s cooler and bearable

Fantastic gym will recommend to anybody team very friendly and it's nice place to go work out and get fit will defo be the best gym I been to yes I have not been to all of the gyms but I been to a few and this is my best so far

Great gym tried it last week, very helpful friendly staff and a great array of equipment, its a proper weightlifters style gym with a family run atmosphere.

The best overall gym I've been to in England. Spacious, all the equipment you'd ever need and friendly staff. Simon the owner is very nice.
