These guys sold a commercial property for me. The buyer and the buyers solicitor were an absolute nightmare especially the buyers solicitor who's lack of communication was shambolic to say the least. Lee from Firmin had to chase the solicitor 10 to 15 times a day everyday for 4 to 5 weeks for updates. Lee was absolutely brilliant and worked so hard. He went above and beyond any estate agent I have ever known to get this completed. FANTASTIC and. Professional service . Couldn't have asked for more xxxx

Asked for an evaluation. Didn't turn up at the agreed time. When I rung to ask what happened was told they had forgotten with a list of excuses. Disappointed to also be told there is a charge for an evaluation of £99 if you aren't going to list the propery.

Shocking customer service, enquired about a property to rent but as I have pets I was honest and mentioned I have a dog and cat. I was told they would contact and ask the landlord if they would accept pets to which they never got back to me. When I?ve tried to call they pick the phone up and put it back down. Very disappointed as I was recommended to use them.
