First time I bought a car over a Microsoft Teams video call but Tom was great and made everything easy. The price was great, we got every document in emails and signed it digitally. We even traded our car in, all from sitting on our sofa at home in just an hour's chat. The car was then delivered to us in 2 days and the car is great, other than a squeaky brake which is going to get sorted at their local garage to their cost. Big thumbs up from us.

Surprisingly easy experience to shop online. Managed to get a teams meeting with Tom on the same day I decided on the car I wanted. Tom was able to tailor the deal to suit my needs and I was delighted to find the car I wanted at a price I can afford. I was a bit nervous about buying a car from Peterborough from my home in Glasgow but a personal video of the car I wanted put my mind at ease. What's more, less than 72 hours after completing the paperwork, my new car was in my driveway and my part exchange was collected.

Good price for a full annual service, and was treated very well by the staff. Thorough report a day video talking through the key points of interest from the service checks. Car was also cleaned inside \\u0026 out. Will definitely be coming back again in the future. Highly recommended.

We recently sold our car to Car Store Peterborough and they offered a much better price for it than their competitors. Tom dealt with the sale and the whole process went smoothly. I have also bought a car from Car Store in the past and had services done there and they are always very welcoming and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I saw a car I really loved online last Wednesday and by the following Monday it was parked outside my home!! I am so pleased with it. I couldn't have asked for better service. Tom was very helpful and efficient answering any queries I had and keeping me up to date through the whole process. Highly recommend and would definitely use CarStore again.

Recently, I had been exploring many car resellers in Peterborough, which includes some major car supermarkets, as I wanted to buy my first new car. CarStore was one of those many places that I visited and it was also the place that I narrowed down to buy my first car. One of the key reason for my decision was the CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Apart from the car, which definitely caught my attention, CHRIS ELVIN ? the Personal Advisor at the CarStore, Peterborough made an significant impact. He had a truly welcoming smile and went above and beyond his stated work boundaries to help me make an informed decision. During the engagement never ever did he showed any dismay though I kept asking him multiple questions (at times I had been repetitive ? sorry Chris!!). I guess, he judged my inclination well and took me through the shop floor and explained the features well. Though I was little confused at the start with my buying options, Chris made sure that I he answered all my queries and followed up to check if I got that right. This helped me make a decision. The difference between other players in the market and CarStore was Chris!! Others as well were having similar deals but what influenced my decision was the service rendered by Chris. Employees like Chris are true brand ambassadors of the business. They provide that key human touch to the brand value in this Digital World. Thanks again Chris!! Kudos!!

I recieved great service from Chris Elvin. He was very easy to contact and helped me get everything sorted. He knew I needed a car rather soon and he did his best to get my new car delivered as quickly as possible. The car arrived and it is lovely and exactly as described. The driver that delivered my car was very friendly too. I definitely recommend Care Store Peterborough.

Callum was really helpful and I really felt like he listened well. I came in with a friend to pick up her car and he really went the extra mile to pump up the tires on the new car and get her some mats. Just want to say what excellent service we received today from start to finish .We had seen a car we liked but due to some small issue getting the key we told the lady on the front desk we would go and look somewhere else but we would be back when returned the car was out ready for a test drive and the young lad that sold us the car sorry can't remember his name has excellent customer service all in all it was a pleasure to buy a car here from the lady on the front desk to the salesman that dealt with us also liked the fact there was no pressure you were just left to look round the cars with nobody following you around so thank you PS eventually got to drive the car once I'd got my husband out of the driving seat and we both love it so glad we came back!!
