Products fine. But waiting times are beyond ridiculous. Currently people queuing out the door to get seen and there's only one member of staff on the tills. And they're pretty slow. Not the first time that waiting to get seen is an issue.

Great website and had my part, thanks. Selected click and collect but oh dear, what a wait. One person to deal with a queue. Seemed to be plenty of other people around including the manager but all too busy to assist the lad. He battled on regardless, with good grace. I was 5th in queue on arrival, more customers arrived and at least five left, rather than waiting. 50 minutes queuing to collect my windscreen wipers - which were excellent.

Customer service is shocking, One person on the front desk, 1 person in front of me and stood waiting for 35 minutes, Which is not acceptable for a click and collect order.

Stood around in the heat for 45 minutes in the middle of the day waiting to pick up a single item click & collect order.. 2 People in front of me, you didn't manage to serve 1 of these 2 people in that 45 minutes.. Nipping off to check something out back for 10-15 minutes on 2 occasions leaving people waiting around is poor and honestly quite comical. I left in the end without the order.

ordered a click and collect apparently item was in stock to collect as soon as i paid had to wait 3 days for item to be delivered defies click an collect ? then when i wanted a refund had to wait for product to arrive in shop for a refund to be processed currently over a week now waiting for my refund and to top it of you have to wait for over a hour in ques because not enough staff are employed,, other euro parts are not run like this very disappointed with service

I went in to buy a specific grade of engine oil for my van after the warning light came on. The staff member, who looked completely uninterested in being there, assured me they had it in stock. I paid £45 by card, only to be told 15 minutes later, after just standing around, that they?d made a mistake and it wasn?t available.
I was forced to leave with no oil and £45 out of pocket, now waiting 7 days to get my money back!
The manager?s response was dismissive and very unhelpful.
Very amateur and poorly run shop!
