Escape has an amazing team of trainers, and an incredible class timetable. Using all the escape equipment.. it takes your training to a new level. It's great to be able to learn new exercises using new equipment, from extremely knowledgable and experienced trainers. I love going to classes at escape and you will always get such variety and fun!

What a place !!! Friendly and fun i have been going here for since July 2017 i brought myself a myzone belt to motivate me as it tells you how hard you are working so far i have burned over 87000 calories to DEC 2017 ! Not saying its been easy but you get out what you put in AJ can get the best out of you if you want it bad enough , if i dont go i feel cheated never have i felt like that in a gym before . Looking forward to 2018 to step my game up more my weight is dropping off and my body shape has changed im a new man .

great classes with great enthusiastic instructor AJ motivating people,u can really improve and push your limits.I tried all of these classes and for myself i can say it's great,yo're using your whole body and there is always something new to train :)

Excellent trainers in Dan and Foxy with up to date and innovative training methods. Both PT and classes available- no better ways to get fitter locally.

Everyone at The Escape Gym is so friendly and welcoming. AJ?s classes are tough but definitely enjoyable, and they can be suited to any ability. I?ve definitely noticed a big improvement in my fitness since I joined!

Whether you are a novice, gym-goer, fitness freak or just someone thinking of getting fit; this is the place for you. I been going here for a year now and tried all the classes, some are harder than others but after a few weeks you will want to try them all at least once!AJ the instructor/PT who runs these classes is very enthusiastic, knows his stuff and will help you achieve the goals you thought were impossible! AJ will put you through your pace, but at a level that works for you.The people who go to the classes are very friendly and engaging which is nice to see. When you are doing Battle Fit you realise how you all need each other to get through it ;)The gym itself has all modern equipment and is brilliant at allowing high intensity workouts, if you are having doubts give it one go and I'm certain you will be hooked. I'm looking forward to shedding a few more pounds with Escape... thanks guys :)

Not your usual run of the mill, macho man type gym, which I hate! So for years, I never set foot in a gym?. This place is, thankfully, different! Everyone here is very helpful, knowledgable and motivational. Wish I'd found the place sooner! Most of my dealings have been with AJ, who gets the most out of everyone, including me! It's not easy and I've only been going for a few weeks, but, already I'm seeing differences in my body shape, level of fitness and recovery times! ?
