Poor service and make sure you ask how much the fish is because on the menu it said one price but the waiter ask a different price saying the new manu price that you have to pay but no new manu still showing the old manu the food nothing special my nearest fish and chip taste better wast of money and effort never again

?A very bad experience at Al Hout restaurant. The moment you enter, there?s a disgusting rotten fish smell everywhere ? like walking into a fish storage. The food quality is extremely poor, and the fish is absolutely not fresh, smells and tastes awful. Even the coffee had a fishy smell! As for the service, it was clearly racist and very unprofessional. I definitely don?t recommend this place ? by far the worst restaurant experience I?ve ever had.?

Muhammad has great Customer service and has really helped me with the menu with picking my favorite dishes of seafood. I absolutely love the fresh juices here and also the fried and boiled seafood options.

This Restaurant is absolutely outstanding and the service was incredably gracious. All freshly prepared so if your food quickly allow for time and you will not be disappointed. These people know their fish and shellfish and cook it to perfection.

Tried this lovely restaurant following a recommendation and was certainly not disappointed! The fish soup was full of seafood, made fresh and absolutely delicious! The fish platter was also super fresh, flavourful and exquisite in taste! The service was outstanding and the baklava & tea was the best we have ever had! This restaurant serves some of the best fish and shrimp I?ve ever had?fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Absolutely enjoyed the fried sea bass and juicy shrimp! The place is spotless, with a welcoming atmosphere and genuinely kind staff. Very affordable prices. The ambiance is cozy yet classy, making it great for any occasion. Highly recommended for seafood lovers!

I had a very disappointing experience at this place . The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. Basic customer service was completely lacking , no greetings, no courtesy, and a generally hostile attitude. It?s unfortunate, because the place could have potential, but the way they treat their customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and enjoyable dining experience.
It?s a shame because the place could do well with better management and proper training in basic customer service. Until then, I?d strongly recommend avoiding this spot if you value being treated with common decency.
