Ordered beef burrito times three, all three had no beef what so ever, they may have been a trace of browned mince, but with all the rice and beans - it felt tasteless. What a shame!

It's my first time. A hundred times better food than in KFC or MC.
Great sauces, great fries, you don't have to spend £12 to eat normally like at the competition.

Anything other than the fries is a waste of money. Which is a shame because the burritos are excellent when made by someone who cares. If you're tempted to try the burritos, omit coleslaw / slaw, add brown rice (softer and goes really well with their chicken).
Their wings taste good but the portion is small.

I went there to get food and I spent over £60 on food but the staff was very rude and moody. I never recommend anyone to go place like this n waste your money and time.

Should have realised why there was no queue, service was good, food tasted like bile. Went in bin as left services otherwise would have returned.

Seriously. Used to go all the time until they got the new ordering system in. Thought I'd give it another go after a couple of years as they're still here. Good knows how.
Most impersonal, miserable staff, making a customizable food to a list off a till receipt and ignoring the customer. They must make most of their money off Uber Eats as the two other people who tried to order from the screens walked away. Shame as the food hasn't changed, just lost that personal touch that made it taste better.

ordered a burrito at the Peterborough Services outlet today. Very tasty food prepared and served very well by the member of staff on duty. heartily recommend the beef chilli filling with black beans, all the veg and the vegan chilli sauce. fantastic.
