Went in to upgrade my phone and choose new plan. Only had to wait 5 mins before being seen by Adam and his trainee. Excellent service and went through all options I can choose from and broke down each plan and price

Dealt with Paul from here that took the time to explain the complete costs involved as well as breaking it down so it was fully understood. There was no pressure from him either.

They messed up on a SIM card , kept verbally changing their polices and the so called supervisor became hostile. He switched it around on us after we made it clear we did not want to talk to him and he kicked us out the store. Shuk has a disgusting attitude shouting over customers when they?re trying to get their issue across, he is condescending and I would never recommend EE to any friends or family. Spent the whole weekend trying to upgrade a phone and get a SIM card that actually works. They added an E-SIM without my mother in laws knowledge which completely deactivated her SIM card the second she upgraded phones left her with no signal nothing.

Paul was incredibly rude toward me when I went in to try and get a sim only contract. Felt like I was being talked down to the entire time and will take my business elsewhere.
