Marley from Dunelm was rude and inconsiderate. When asking about student discount he directed us to go to the back to the queue after queuing two times already he then refused to help us any further and directed his colleague to do so. Didn?t speak to us nicely either. Rude customer service and it needs to be addressed that it?s not acceptable.

Visited store today and was particularly impressed by cleanliness of store and cafe. The staff we spoke to were friendly and approachable. An excellent experience, other companies please note.

This is the new Dunelm store, I love that interior including a fridge with drinks like Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coca Cola Zero Sugar, Fanta and more. Also we went there to do returns and the staff was friendly to me, In the Pausa Café, There?s the seating area, menu, snacks like Cadbury Freddo, Pom Bears crisps and fruit and veg bag and you can buy coffee there and also jacket potato, waffle fries and more. This store also sells books like Little People Big Dreams and more. This is very nice store ever! I will go there again! ????

I came into the Dunelm coffee shop today and was so impressed by the young person working there. I believe their name was Christian . They were completely on their own, handling all the orders, making drinks, serving food, and still managed to be kind, polite, and very professional throughout.
Even though it was quite busy, they served everyone with a smile, and everything was brought out quickly . I even overheard other customers commenting on how well they were managing alone.
It?s not often you see someone so dedicated and hardworking, especially when they?re doing it all by themselves! I really hope their effort is recognised they truly made my visit a pleasant one. I?ll definitely be coming back.

You can get beddings, duvets, bedroom furnitures, etc from them. Beautiful, clean and serene store. Properly organised.

I had a visit at new store it look very nice but I had a very bad experience from customer service the manager and the girl who was working on the till was so rude, never listened what I was saying,I been going there in the past 20 years it put me off going there and i shared my experience with friends and family. You lost a regular customer.

Takes ages to get some assistance in the Made to measure section. Generally not enough staff for the size of store. Staff are lovely (once you can get one!)

Visited the the new store in Peterborough today. Well worth a visit good selection on homeward. But make sure you bring bags and something to wrap china in. My Mother bought a toucan vase £18.00 and they didn't offer to wrap it wasn't untill I said the service was bad that a young girl came forward and put two sheets of tissue paper around it. From a large store I do expect better even QD wrap and make sure it's in a bag for you to take home. They clearly could improve, it's mostly self service as my Mother is nearly 90 years of age she would like to pay in cash. Please improve your customer service.
