Just got through the door only to be met with salesmen ready to pounce. I think they got the message but carried on staring at me as I looked around a badly stocked showroom. Pointless having a celebrity-based advertising campaign when the real experience is just cheesy, commission-hungry salesmen.

Staff are friendly but the mattress we bought is poor quality after 5 months and is so uncomfortable, it cost over £1300 with a pillow that they make you walk around with, and tell you it?s made by NASA I stupidly bought it for £120Pillow is comfy whilst there but after a while at home it?s horrible and gives me and my partner ear ache.Shop locally as we didn?t get our moneys worth.

Went today and Alisha is so unbelievably helpful. I don?t ever leave reviews for anything but Alisha went above and beyond, offered me a drink had really great banter spent over an hour with me letting me try different beds. Alisha Said she hasn?t been at the shop long, however her knowledge was impeccable! Thank you so much for your help Alisha for sorting me out with the most comfortable bed today!
