I haven?t been back since my order was delivered to the wrong address and they tried to keep my money, thankfully my camera caught one of their staff walking up to my front door without delivering so they definitely knew where to take the order and chose not to. I had to put a complaint into Dominos head office to get my money back and ever since I?ve had their drivers creeping around my house.
Unfortunately, my nearest pizza takeaway is the worst in the area, the management are incompetent, the staff are predatory and use deliveries as cover for stalking. Sooner or later people will realise it?s run and staffed by a bunch of wronguns and take their custom elsewhere.

Ordered dominos from Hampton to go to milestone the app changed the address but delivery notes were changed, the driver was pissy, I rang the store spoke to arnu the store manager who told me they would have it redirected to me I told him the food would be cold by the time it got here she said there's nothing they will do, food was cold

Always found this to be one of the better domino's I've ordered from. However, with my latest order... they got my order wrong, not once but twice! Called after receiving my first pizza, explained that a topping was missing and the extra dips that were ordered. Was expecting just a partial refund for a topping and a few dips but instead they said they would send another pizza out. Waited nearly another hour (whilst my partner polished off his whole pizza). Open the box to my second pizza and its EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE FIRST THEY SENT, WRONG! Couldn't be bothered to wait nearly another hour for the same to possibly happen again so I just ate what we had. Very disappointed.

So I paid for a two large pizza deal and deliver 1 large one small... And paid 29.99...... called them... The kid on the counter didn't have a clue and his manager even less. Not surprised the rating is 2.2/5.
Absolutely terrible customer service. They gave a meal that didn't fit the deal that was paid for and still took the money without fixing the issue.
Food was cold to add to it all.
Never ordering from here again.

Don't know who's doin pizzas tonight, but those were the best ones I ever had from there.... ordering every two weeks... but this time I even I'm doin a review !!!!! ????
