I was and I'm angry with having to wait 10 minutes for me chicken hot wings and garlic bread and to be told by the lady that she dropped me food on the floor and she is going to remake it, another 10 minutes later I get me food and walk 2 minutes to the car and the chicken wings are soggy with loads of runny sauce and they were cold not close enough hot, so I had to waste another 2 minutes to walk back and 5 minutes to get a refund as I was not happy with the food, its really annoying
I bought the food at about 2pm on 11 October 2024, is when she was working

Disgusting place with useless staff. Waited 3 times longer for my order than at first informed. Half of the stafff standing and playing with their phones instead of making orders. New customers being turned away, because ''we're too busy''.

Firstly, it was my error ordering from here. I thought i had ordered from a different location and set off to pick it up. When I arrived at the wrong location and realised my error I called this branch and explained the situation. They agreed to have it delivered at no cost , not sure who I spoke to but it was at 8.16pm. She said she would arrange it get delivered despite it being my error. The pizza got delivered before I returned home, 8.44pm, I spoke to the delivery guy on my ring camera, again no names and said I was just around the corner and would give him some cash for inconvenience caused, he told me to pay it forward as my girls collected from him at the front door. Food was good but if I could give a service score out of 100, I?d give them them 120, it was beyond the call of duty. Big props to the individuals involved and something not expected from a chain restaurant.

When I tried to ask for the manager another employee said ?And", then proceeded to hang up the phone

Filthy.I ordered pizza from here a few times but for once picked up.The lady behind the counter was playing with her hair, took her hairband out, and started flicking her hair. This was right next to where they were preparing food.She then went out and got changed to go home, and when back in the kitchen, she was chatting away flicking her hair again.Needless to say, there was hair in my food.
