Came in today for a day pass. Used to be a member years ago.The equipment here is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is spot on.Welcoming environment with some serious training going on.Ash more than happy to showcase his equipment and even offered me a tip on use of the fly machine. Crazy chest pump.Highly recommended this place!

Great place to train. Was looking for a gym as I have just moved to the area. Definition doesn?t disappoint so much equipment for each body part you are spoilt for choice. The vibe is friendly but serious, staff are welcoming and helpful. Also parking isn?t an issue !
