I've been given a tour of this gym today, from Estelle who's super friendly and easy to talk to, even when the topic of conversation is as embaressing as my fitness life. What drew me to this place is the dfifferent amenities the gym has to offer.
The equipment looked modern and well kept, pool clean and spacious with quick access to the sauna(and a jacuzzi?!) with very spacious changing rooms.
There are outside and inside tennis courts allowing for use all year around which is always handy when the urge to play some tennis strikes.
The sheer veriety and amount of different classes offered here is like none i've seen before, might actually entice me to check one out, really seems like something for everybody.
With all of the above, theres also a very spacious cafeteria/club room really making it feel more like a community than just a gym, overall i was left very satisfied and impressed post tour and became a new member.

My family has been enjoying DL at Peterborough for a few days now. We are loving it. Plus I want to give a 5 ? to Aidan who showed us around and was really sweet and kind. He called us by name every time he sees us which I think is really cool ??

I had my first tour around the gym today with Aidan. I wish I would now this gym ages ago. Aidan explained how the things role around, showed all rooms and explained how to use app for booking the session with personal trainers. Thanks so much! In my way to the gym ?

Charlie was great from the initial conversation through discussing my goals and what I want to achieve. He was a good listener and knowledgeable person.
I recommend Charlie for anyone who wants to learn more about what would be the most effective way to make best of your time in David Lloyd.

Just had a tour with the lovely friendly Aiden. This was myself, partner Ajax and toddler Greyson. We had a warm welcome and looked everywhere. Big areas for us being a family were the swimming pool area. With the big pool and the smaller pool looking lots of fun. Glad to have a steam room and salt sauna, as well as the hot tub! Changing rooms clean. Gym area looked well maintained and busy but not overly so. Creche seemed nice and will be trying it at some point. Our toddler loved the little play area in the social area. Good idea to have the 2 game tablets but they didn't work too well so not sure if they need looking at? They obviously get a lot of use!! We liked the atmosphere in the food/social area. The other club members appeared helpful and the kids playing were well manned and sweet to my child.
We spoke to Aiden after the tour and he brought us drinks (thank you!) Went through the different options and decided which would work best for us as a family. Yes it is a luxury and prob expensive but having used other gyms before we think this will be worth it. Especially with the swimming, we worked out that if we go at least 11 times a month then it is worth the money for us. We do want to get fitter, have fun and chill out there sometimes. Aiden pointed out that you could even work there if you have a job that allows WFH. There's wi-fi and food and drink at reasonable prices. toilets and so on. In your break times you could go have a swim or a workout, shower, have fun then back at the job! Free car parking. A handy app to use.
We went for having guest passes so will look forward to using them on family and friends. We thanked Aiden for a lovely tour and stayed to try the food which was tasty.
Worth a tour at least. We liked the outside domes that house the tennis courts. Didnt see the football area but sure we will in the future. Thank you! Aiden and the DL Team.

Enquired about a family membership. Got a call from a salesman, who refused to give me any information on packages or prices over the phone. Compared buying a gym membership to buying a car at which point the salesman had already talked himself out of a sale. Shame as the facilities look great.

I had a gym tour with Estelle. She was friendly, helpful, patient (I had my 2 year old son with me), and made me feel at ease. She went through all of the options with me, the timetable, as well as going over things such as kids swimming lessons and the crèche. Fantastic.

Aidan gave us a tour yesterday, he was incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly! We signed up as soon as the tour ended and had our first full day today which has been amazing! Massive thanks to Aidan for answering all our questions and definitely making us feel super comfortable to come straight in!

Showers have not been hot this week and also very disappointed that we still have no back jets in jacuzzi and loads of tiles missing in pool

I had a great experience today, thanks especially to Aiden. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole process enjoyable. He took the time to show me all the facilities and guided me through becoming a member. I?ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends!
