Rip off prices. Girl at till didn't add cream when I clearly asked for it. Didn't get told lunch deal doesn't apply after 2 until payment despite asking. Poor quality food.

The staff were lovely and friendly Lil had a really warm and welcoming smile and understood and laughed when I wanted a skinny gingerbread latte but squirt cream, also this most be one of the only Costas that had the gingerbread man .??
Olivia who made the coffee was also lovely, chatty and smiley and wished everyone a good day.
Parking: You have to pay after 2 hours

I'm a regular in here wit my kids , unfortunately since some staff members have changed the atmosphere has changed and children don't seem too welcome , admitted they can be a bit loud but that's them. The best people in there are Julie and Ellie , always customer friendly and very polite ?? my children tend to enjoy the new chocolate fudge brownie and when I ordered we was actually given 4 as they'd made too much

The baristas were very nice, but the peach ice tea I had was rank! ?? all I could taste was neat tea and no other flavours at all, I?m neurodivergent and tea without other flavours makes me feel violently ill. ??

I?m a Costa regular but not usually here. It?s the standard stuff. But what stood out was the service. Super friendly and the person on til (Hev) I think was excellent. Great customer service while still being quick. Thank you.

I got mocha from this costa coffee place take way I didn?t look in the cup when I got in my car it was half empty I was very disappointed but I need to go somewhere l left it I was gone go and complain about it but I couldn?t be bothered ?

The staff are run off their feet bless him, but they had great customer service.
The way the table and chairs are set out isnt safe. Not wheelchair friendly or push chair, which is a high percentage of their customers. There just isn't enough space. When sitting in if there was a fire I dread to think how bad it would be.. I won't be sitting in again.
Also only one toilet.. queuing for ages
