The shop is ok but the cashiers have a very dismissive and rude attitude. They provide an Amazon collection service which was supposed to be straightforward but they try their best to make things unnecessarily difficult. Policies regarding ID that only apply in certain shifts so you never know whether you?re actually going to be able to collect your order or not. Awful. Won?t be going back.

This place is really convenient, and I would go there a lot more if they had more decent vegan desserts. Please guys, lots of people are vegan now - or at least have lactose intolerance. Can we get those Ben and Jerry's dairy free flavours? The Swedish glacé is a good start for vegan ice cream but it's 2024, the world is ending, help a buddy out ??

One of my favourite Co-Op stores in United Kingdom. It has exactly what I need. Never an issue to park here. You do have to watch out for pedestrians and be careful as a pedestrian especially if you are crossing from the opposite side when you visit Co-Op.The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a busy place, so you will usually see them putting stock on shelves and checking customers out.A decent variety of chocolates and crisps are available here, there is a limited amount of vegetables. It?s likely you can find the usual ones here.Some of the food here like Vintage Mac n Cheese has become a favourite and we don?t have many weekends that go by without it.

I was banned three years ago for promoting their social gain (my CIC is a non - masonic organisation) back in 2019, when Manager at the time Tracey Wiles also tried to compromise our UNESCO coverage on World Radio Day also.. I have been using the store as is my right as a free citizen the past couple of days, and have walked in today to have some Blue Lodge Freemason disguised as a Co - Op Manager ban me again, for nothing.. Time and rehabilitiation are obviosuly words alien to the Co - Op ethos..
Then there is the Jimmy Savile competitions in the 80s, I think they knew what he was, and still ran them?? All in all, a horrible cutomer experience, luckily the shop as usual was so empty I was not embarrassed in front of anybody, I dread to think how much that shop is losing every day..

I'm writing this review because I thought a guy called kasey was very helpful. I was queing up but no tills where open.kasey could see we where in need and opened the till for us . He was very helpful and nice .Being like that makes a difference

Friendly neighbourhood Co op, could do with more hot food tho, I always seem to miss out and I'm still not quite sure what time the hot food is put into the warmer for sale, they seem to be put out at different times depending on who working that day but still, this is minor, the rest of the Co op is just what you want and the staff are so nice, I'm lucky to have this Co op so close to me that it's my closest local store...??
