I took my three grandchildren to Clarks in Hampton with my mum, and we were lucky enough to be served by Michael. He was absolutely fantastic! Michael had such a warm and gentle manner with each of the children?he was patient, kind and genuinely engaging.
What really stood out was his professionalism and clear expertise. It was so refreshing to have someone who took the time to ensure the shoes were a perfect fit, with no pressure to buy unless the comfort was right.
I left feeling impressed and very reassured. Thank you, Michael, and the wider Clarks team?you deserve a medal! I'm sure it's not always easy supporting children, carers, and all the different personalities and needs that walk through your door, but you handled it beautifully.

I?m a support worker and went in there with a gentleman that I support. (13th June). The two ladies working there were polite, attentive and professional. The lady serving us spoke to my service user in a way he could understand and with dignity. They made what could?ve been a challenging situation for my gentleman, an enjoyable pleasant experience.
I thank you both and wanted you to get the recognition you deserve. Well done ladies.

Took my daughter in store today she is very small for her age and starting secondary school so wants more grown up shoes but struggling to find a pair that fit the ladies in store all went above and beyond looking online and in store they was so helpful finally we found a pair with the help of some inliners and grippers. Thank you so much my daughter well now feel comfortable and like everyone else ?

We took our two young children yesterday to have their Clarks shoes checked. Clarks never try to sell shoes we don't need and will always say when the shoes still fit well. The gentleman that measured our children's feet was kind, patient and very good at his job. We've never had a poor fitting at this branch and it is always very clean with friendly staff.

Today my son and I went to our pre booked shoe fitting for school shoes. I had explained in the booking that my son was autistic with sensory issues. Shopping is normally hell with noise and sensory overload for him. The staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful. Would we like the music turned down, would we like to sit in the quieter adults area and all really and helpful things. In the end, Malachi had 3 assistants helping him judge football ability and jump ability of three pairs of shoes! He was growling when we first arrived but he left smiling....well done Clarks 5 stars!

I went here primarily to get my daughter's feet measured. Normally people doing that don't really know what they are doing and so the results are invariably wrong. At this branch though the lady who helped us knew exactly what she was doing, was very professional in what she did and took the time to explain how feet measuring is not an exact science as it varies still from shoe to shoe. If you want a job done properly then this could be the place for you.
