My daughter had a party at the Queensgate branch on Saturday, Sue and Claire were absolutely amazing with the girls. They are 6/7 years old and absolutely loved shopping for their own party bag. Such good value for money. They played some fun games, did tattoos and sparkles on there faces. The girls said the party was 10/10 would 100% recommend. Thankyou so much again

I usually avoid this store due to previous experiences with rude staff. However, on Friday, I needed to purchase a Christmas-themed item for my elderly mother, and I knew if I was going to find it anywhere, it would be here. I'm so glad I did. I was served by Sue, who went above and beyond to source the exact item I was looking for. Sue had to close the store as she was on her own. Upon her return, she found me not just one item but multiple. I asked if she had any more, and she explained that she could find them for me during her lunch hour, which she did! Exceptional customer service with a great can-do attitude, restoring my faith in this brand. Thank you so very much Sue for your exemplary customer service.

today i had my ears pierced and i didn?t get the woman?s name but she was they kindest person, she was very attentive to note all the prices and after care and when doing my piercings she was very chatty and made sure i was okay and ready for it, she was making jokes with me and my friends and really made us feel welcome and comfortable, she was a delight to be around and 10/10 for her in everything. a wonderful experience and i am so happy with how it came out she was a delight.

Has my thirds done here and now I?m stuck with an infection where my piercing was I cleaned it as I was meant to and still ended up with a infection I?m not happy

The girls in the store was brilliant today they did both myself and my bestfriends thirds and second ear piercing! Kass (i believe her name was) was very efficient and friendly made me feel as ease as i was bit nervous. Cant thank them enough! ?
