Always nice friendly service in this Peterborough store just outside of Queensgate. Normally plenty of seating available as well as they have an upstairs area.

I visited the place today and was assisted by a gentleman at the counter. I felt the interaction could have been a bit more welcoming and polite. It?s always great to be met with a friendly demeanor, as it enhances the customer experience. I hope this feedback is taken positively to help improve future interactions.

Absolutely disappointed?
To get into the toilet you need to ask the staff for the door code, after several attempts you still couldn?t get inside, it?s absolutely unclear whether there is anyone inside or not
We spent money there to end up using the toilets at Queensgate???

Great coffee as expected. Pleasant staff and speedy service. Plenty of seating with more upstairs if required. It has a nice atmosphere with pleasing lighting, not too bright and not too dim. Keep a hold of your receipt, it has the code to the toilet!
