I had an emergency appointment with this dentist. The receptionist was amazing.After many failed attempts to gain an appointment last week. I was fitted in !!Dentist Farzin & her assistant/nurse were both lovely. My tooth was severely broken down. My own fault for not having regular check up appointments.I wish this could be my regular dentist I will enquire an see if I can register here as every were else in the Peterborough area seems chokka ?It was a horrible extraction as the tooth crumbled a the root had to be cut into 3 to remove that as well. But she let me have breathers inbetween & made me feel as at ease as possible given the treatment that I had to have done.Also called the dentist that night as was worried about the blood clotting. I missed the call back as was at work. But someone called back the next day. Amazing service. Which really does make a change. As normally these kinds of places along with GP practises make me really anxious.With having never been here before as well I was super worried but thank you guys so much !!Gum is healing well. Just sore an tender now. No throbbing pain like prior to the appointment ???

Always feel welcome at Bupa Dental Care Peterborough and that is mainly due to Dr E. Mawby. She gives specific and personalised brushing tips on every visit. Her and nurse Joana make lovely conversation as well :))
