If I could give you this so called doctors a minus star I would. This is the worst doctors surgery I have ever been with. Never can get an appointment, phone lines always busy. Spend half your morning on redial. Disgusting

- As honest as the note taking -Fabulous fantastically fashioned surgery, really helpful, communication is the practice?s biggest attribute, patient interest is 5*.Everyone seems so happy working collectively and really underwhelmed, entirely professional towards patients, really makes you feel like valued life, all concerns are addressed and always appropriate follow up and intervention, can?t fault them WHATSOEVER.Never leave the phones ringing and admit they are super happy to hear from patients so that they can assist them in maintaining a good level of health to continue running working the country as if it?s not in despair or disrepair.Definitely this surgery is for you if you?re looking to stay-alive & healthy, sign up now and receive high level community health care support with amazing follow ups and specialist referrals.Efficient and effective reliable treatment options. GP diagnosis is always on point most certainly have to of been trained at the best London university hospitals or perhaps hospices.( NOT ) steer clear, I?m certainly en route to early excruciating death. Been advised to change GP practice if I don?t like it, but this is my local so why would I do that ? I?d like to get better and return to work this place is making me worse, and pushing my suicidal ideation.

Appalling service as always, reception has no organizational skills, phone rings forever, actively avoid complaints, when by some miracle you get past them to see a nurse/doctor the service by them was excellent,

Seems to be turning a corner, Helpful and knowledgeable receptions team. Loyal nurses who have been around forever and now salaried doctors. Still disappointing how much they try to diagnose over the phone - many things such as skin conditions you can't properly explain on a phone call as you kind need to point and show the doctor what you are talking about. You goto the surgery to see the nurse and the place is empty, so its not just me struggling for a face 2 face, Instead I had to send a photo. 12 Months ago, I would have given them 1 star.

What a pleasant experience and one that made me feel valued as a patient.I had a pre booked appointment with Jen who was very professional and thorough, I felt her vast experience and knowledge helped with my on-going support. A worthy 5* awarded and thanks keep up the great work.

Absolute abomination of a surgery. No appointments whatsoever. Call through 40 times and don?t get through. You?d expect the gp surgery to value their patients and actually show they have a duty of care rather than parring off half their patients.

Update 12th July 23,Ms Jones has once again given me an excellent experience! Not only was she attentive, but she truly cares about helping her patients. I mentioned I may have hypothyroidism so she had me tested whilst having my bloods taken for another issue! She is also a great laugh and made me giggle even while having an injection in my butt!She ordered all my medication whilst there which saves us all time so thank you for that!! And even helped with a cream to help my top lip after a recent procedure!And to top it off she gave us a freddo and a sticker!! Not only is she friendly but she?s also a great laugh! Also has an absolutely adorable doggo! Please give him lots of pets on our behalf!Thank you again!Update: June 14th 23,Upping my review to 4 stars, Ms Jones has gone above and beyond in todays appointment, so much credit where it?s due, she listened to all my concerns, issues, and gave me a full once over, she gave me a med review, ordered all my meds for that month and then gave me my monthly injection, to say she went above and beyond doesn?t cut it, she brought back faith that this clinic is good. Thank you Ms Jones, I look forward to our next appointment.Update June 12th 23,Appointment delayed 4 months running now, granted doctor sickness is out of their control and I hope Trisha feels better soon, she is and always has been lovely to deal with! however only having one person on site to administer injections isn?t great, I understand there may be shortages however this was booked a month in advance. not to mention the very short notice period of less than an hour before appt, and forcing me to call back to rearrange, if they?re going to cancel then the least they can do is rearrange for me, it?s okay I?ve rebooked and will attend as usual, this isn?t a dig at anyone in specific, just a slight inconvenience.Update June 1st 23,In house pharmacist delays medication for 4th time, unsure why reception couldn?t understand my frustration.Update may 11th 23,In house pharmacist failed to inform his own staff of my prescription and the pharmacy and failed to inform me so it wasn?t ordered, this has happened 4 times now same pharmacist, he needs to be sacked asap. My liver has been messed around too many times by this surgery and the pharmacy next door. Receptionists at doctors and next door pharmacy are lovely as usual. Sadly no appointment until Monday which is 4 days without medication. That is 4 days my body will go through issues, The side effects occur after 48 hours.Update Feb 14th 23,Prescription was denied, doctors made no attempt to contact me to inform me. Only found out as i regularly check the nhs app.Nhs board notified and complaint has been lodged.Original: July 25th 22,In house pharmacist accused me of potentially faking a prescription, (Specialised clinic had mailed them, emailed them and called them to confirm prescription) after speaking with the specialists the in house pharmacist finally began treatment, I did not appreciate being talked down to, or with attitude and being so dismissive, first complaint lodged with NHS Board, complaint lodged. Placing review here so others know what to do in the event this is happening to you to. Report it to the NHS Board and it will be investigated.

Sadly this surgery has gone down hill and is not well run. There are rarely any appointments to book online and you only get offered a telephone appointment. The receptionists are polite but seem rushed when trying to speak to them. It takes a long time to get through in the morning to make an appointment and when you think you get through and have listened to the covid message which should be removed, you get cut off and have to start again.

Worst surgery ever!!! Avoid avoid avoid !!I have been sent a letter to surgery from hospital for two weeks now to be contacted by my doctor for very important blood tests, I have called them every day for the last two weeks at 8am to be told that they don?t have any appointments left. I went to the surgery myself to check how busy they are, and nobody in the waiting area, the reception watches Netflix on their phone, laughing and drinking coffee. How are they getting paid for this. Someone should investigate what is going on at this surgery. Personally, I will transfer from this surgery. Don?t bother them, they don?t have time for you, even if it?s a life and death situation. The reception told me to keep trying after trying for two weeks every day?

I chatted to one of the receptionists this morning who was very pleasant and helpful. Plus she had time to chat but was efficient at her job. She arranged a doctors appointment for me and l was quite happy with the service . Thank you .

Absolutely incompetent in every single way! I've been trying to get an xray and a diagnosis since September. I've just waited 4 weeks for some feedback after an X Ray and I've taken a call from the GP who was genuinely one of the thickest people I've ever spoken to! It's incredible that he's managed to tie his shoelaces never mind pass medical exams. His feedback was "you have some wear and tear"????!!!! OK cool, that might explain why I'm in constant pain.

This GP practice is the worst in Peterborough & could be one of the worst in the entire UK .My wife had some blood taken & then received a text saying she needed to discuss the results with a doctor only to be told not even a telephone consultation was available for 3 weeks . Absolute disgrace making a patient wait 3 weeks to discuss with a doctor blood test results even if it may be non urgent . Hang your heads in shame Botolph Bridge Community Health Centre !

My son and I have been cold for 3 days. For 2 days I have been trying to make a doctor's appointment for us, but in vain. I wait on the phone for 30-40 minutes, being the first in line, a "lady" answers me and tells me that they are already busy all day. That's when my husband and I call a small time difference, and we both get the same answer.I came to the conclusion that people do not die of covid, people die because of people like them from gp, incompetent and without caring about others.

If it wasn't for the nurses doing more unsociable hours (0700) my leg would not get dressed, I don't understand that surgeries like this one gets bad reviews, they do their job with the best of their ability. Well done jannett, and thank you.
