Dear Sir or Madam,
I visited your store in Peterborough Serpentine Green yesterday, on November 2, 2024, right next to Tesco. I am not a sensitive person, but what I saw at the perfume counter made me feel nauseous. Perfumes are associated with luxury in my mind. The display windows were dirty everywhere, and the fragrance testing stations looked just like in the photos. The bottles were empty and incomplete, with dirt and fingerprints everywhere. It was disgusting. I haven't seen such an unhygienic place in years. I hope you will do something about this. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate your perfume section a 0.

I purchased some items from the Serpentine Green Store and can't find one of them so tried to call the store to see if left behind. What a joke - there is a number for the Store but only dept available to take calls is the pharmacy and no one answered. Appreciate that that team are busy but why is it not possible to speak to an assistant on the shop floor? Very disappointed, not the service I expect from Boots.

My partner took my little boy to see the pharmacist for advice on spots appearing on him. They refused to have a look at him and left the cashier to say about it. My partner is 6 months pregnant and the advice is if your unsure ask a pharmacist

The pharmacy turn the ringer off on their phone so you can never get hold of them!
How are you supposed to make sure your prescription is ready when you?re limited on pick up time, you arrive & they say can you wait 20 minutes? Well answer your phone & you can have it ready for me!

Been here many times but this time for something for a baby, they didn't have what i was looking for but haf a couple of different options and even checked they were sutable for the age and problem polite and helpful as always.

Today I visited the boots store. I wanted to buy cosmetics for my face .I didn't know at all what wrinkle cream to buy. But a lady who sells No7 was very helpful. She explained everything to me and what kind of cream would be very good. Ruth was amazing, very friendly and helpful. After her help, I bought more No7 products for shape and lips, I also bought a powder for cheeks, lipstick and makeup. I want to thank Ruth for her help and great work. Boots and the No7 store can be written for such an employee. Thank you Ruth from Hampton serpentine green tesco Peterborough .

No one to be seen at the perfume counters. Its almost as if customers have to go and beg some staff to serve them. If this company ever goes down it will be because of the staff it employs on the shop floor. Customer service almost non existent.

Saw the pharmacist about a pain in my ear as instructed on the NHS app, 2nd chemist I'd tried and told by both to see a doctor, my doctors surgery insist a pharmacist can help..I'm being pushed from pillar to post and still suffering with ear pain as both denying responsibility ? I give up...
