I don't recommend it. Whenever I came in, I always had to wait at least 20 minutes. Once, I was a few minutes late, and they canceled my appointment. So, no thanks, I switched to SpecSavers and I'm very happy.

I have worked in customer facing environments for many years and the welcoming smile she greeted us with made me feel so easy when shopping
She advised and she knows her stuff when it comes to perfumes. After a bad experience in a local fragrance store.this really lifted my spirits and proceeded to purchase multiple perfumes.
Please. Management. Pass my thanks on and sharon deserves a pay rise.

Large boots store. However the concession beauty counters never seem to have staff working them. Also this boots store is always low on stock. The self service tills are never too busy and it?s hard to find a free member of staff when you need help with something. Good for emergency beauty purchases, however it?s better to order online.

Ladies at the makeup counters- stop treating people like dogs.
How embarrassing, we were at the makeup stations and waited to be served or at least asked if they can assist with anything. Best believe these 4 ladies were standing 2 meters away chatting and one of them fixing her lips. The fact that none of them acknowledged that we were standing there for 5+ minutes, not one of them asked if we need something. Went up to them and finally got served. I know that they only serve those who ?look? like they can afford it. Please don?t judge a book by its cover? I was about to purchase but not when someone looks you up and down. Boots, train your staff or whatever cause you make people feel uncomfortable with these ladies attitude ?

ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH. I was served after 6 customers. When I had been waiting first. Put that to the side because it looked like to the lady serving there was two ques. I asked another customer service advisor called ASHLEY. Asked if she could serve me. Didn?t even make eye contact with me and just pointed to the other advisor who was struggling with the long que! HER ATTITUDE STANK.

The 1st time I visited in a while asked for advice from counter staff who did not help me at all when I did go to pay, nothing but self-scan, one member of staff who was busy with other customers so had to queue again at the counter to be served by a human. 2nd trip today 1 member of staff to serve on pharmacy and otc medicines resulting in long queues ant the poor girl having to trek back and forth for medicines. It is not the service I expect from a chemist.

If you're going to put a phone number on Google, I'd recommend answering it when customers call rather than ignoring it for 3 days.
Customers shouldn't have to walk 50 minutes to find out *if* you have their medication.

They have all the medicine from prescription to over the counter medicine
