Perfect car sales process. No pushy salesman tactics. No limitations on test drive duration or route. I was left to evaluate the car as thoroughly as I like. The sales process was smooth and everything was done to schedule. The complimentary 7-day driveaway was invaluable, with my own insurer blundering the change of vehicle. Your provision thus meant I was covered while my own insurers didn't have the documents in place to validly cover me.

I had initially left a negative review due to issues we had experienced with the service team. However, the owner, Andy, reached out to us directly. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue within less than 24 hours. He even collected and returned our car. Whilst I was initially very disappointed, I can't fault the owner's attempt to make things right. We are very grateful, thank you!

We picked up the delivery of our new Kia Sportage at the weekend, we have been dealing with Rob Bagworth since we placed the order and he has been great to deal with. Rob has ensured we have been fully updated throughout the process and has addressed in a timely / efficient manner any questions we have had.
