Have been going bjs my whole life and used to love it but as soon as new owners have came the place have gone down on hill on several occasions my food has taken two hours to come when I live a 5 minute drive from there have ordered chicken and chips and multiple times the chicken came without the chips or with about 10 chips. Today did a click and collect and the large battered fish was soggy and definitely not the size of a large battered fish such a shame how terrible this place is now

Amazing place. I would say one best In the country. Food was excellent and service top class. Have just come out of a Secure Mental Health Unit and this place is were I am going to every day from now on

Ordered a chicken variety box on Uber Eats and it arrived before expected so great start. However it soon went downhill. The chips were cold, soggy, absolutely drenched in grease and had a strange yellow color to them? After blotting with kitchen towel and blasting them in the airfryer they did crisp up but they weren't the best. The southern fried chicken was OK but slightly over done, the battered chicken was again absolutely soaked in grease and quite unpleasant tbh but the hot wings were nice and had a good kick to them. The portions were huge but that wasn't necessarily a good thing when it was all just swimming in grease.

I ordered food last night and it's 9am next day and I'm still waiting for it to turn up uber eats said its not there fault as the place uses its own drivers this isn't fair I ring up the restaurant to ask where my order is got told it was delivered may been to the wrong house but that's my fault and they do t do refunds so 18quid on food someone else has got always been ripped off by the guys wankers

no standing space. Service you can?t understand what number they are calling out. I ordered wedges and got half a potato that was so uncooked and solid. Everything battered and greasy. Was not as good as it used to be.

It was a very good place to eat, but now for two days there have been different waiters and the food is not tasty and the portions are smaller. I don't know if the new workers are replacing the old ones or if the institution has been sold, but I hope not.

I had the chicken tikka and donner, and both were absolutely delicious! The chicken tikka was perfectly spiced, tender, and flavorful, while the donner was juicy and packed with taste. Fantastic food and Excellent service. Recommended

Probably the worst chicken I?ve ever tasted in fact just the smell made me sick took one small bite and everything went into the bin will never get food from this place again
