I have been coming here since Dec 23 and I can?t say enough about how amazing & lovely all the ladies are ! The service I have received on every visit has been great. The ladies make you feel comfortable and welcome and have given me so much advice. I?ve had my brows done for many years but since coming here I have received so many compliments about my brows.

I have been a customer for probably close to 9 years and have been getting my brows threaded here 3/4 times a year. The service is usually good and I get a lovely, clean shape but after today's visit I think I'll start going elsewhere. I have been cut by the thread in this salon before and used to overlook this as the results were good, but this time I got cut AND my left eyebrow is butchered. See photo - there was sufficient hair there, I guess the woman's hand sipped... But she could have at least acknowledged it. Instad, she covered my brows with a layer of black powder (Angry BIrd-esque) and after an awkwad upper face massage called it a day. Before, the worst result was a overly arched, thin shape but at least my eyebrows appeared more or less ok. Eyebrow hair is hard too grow and is too much of a gamble coming here, especially considering I paid £9 for this 'service'. Just get them waxed somewhere else in town.

All I can say in this review is, I had the most relaxing treatment today, I was seriously pampered. The massage was a real work out, I didn't realise how the stress had tied me in knots over the last 2 years. After my massage and facial and great company, I felt like I floated out of the front door. Thank you both for a lovely afternoon. I know where I will be going from now on for treatments.
