Don't touch this organisation with a barge pole, placed an order with a weeks notice, they notified the day before delivery the order had been cancelled no explanation what so ever, I had to call to find out my local store did not have stock so they just cancelled it even though another store 30 minutes away had stock and they have no ability to resolve the issue they caused and I was basically told to I would have to resolve the issue my self, absolutely awful customer service. I'd give 0 stars but that's not possible.

I do love BnQ and recently have been in quite alot due to decorating whole house. It's great as it has everything you could need but somethings are worth going elsewhere for same or better quality. Trellis bnq £40 home bargains £25 delivery for doors bnq £12 wickes £4. It's handy It's local too. And staff lovely and so helpful.

The store is very good sometimes a lack of staff products not priced up the store toilet is a let down but I still like to shop there

Attended the store to swap over two gas canisters for my husband, i was pointed out where to go and made my way over, when arriving i was ?greeted? by a extremely rude young girl, of the set she was standoffish and rude. Before i even said a word she told me she did not have the size bottles i currently had (this may not sound rude but her tone said different) she told me what size she had and i maybe asked a daft question but i said ?are they much smaller? and she gave a extremely sarcastic response. I let her know we would swap she told me to wait where i was and walked off to get the new ones, on her return she said nothing just put them down. She was not much younger then myself not that even matters but her customer service is appalling and her general attitude sucks, i have never been greeted by such hostility from the word go, massive let down to be honest and maybe a few training sessions would benefit this girl.
