“We went to BP Boongate around 0030 looking for cellotape. They didn't carry any in stock, but they offered us to use the tape they had behind the counter just to help us out. Nothing else was open and they really helped us in a moment of need. We had a lovely conversation with the employees, bought some energy drinks, and went about our night. Thank you!”

“I recently visited the Shell petrol station in my area, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The station is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, making it easy to access whether you're in a hurry or just stopping by.
The staff were friendly and efficient, providing prompt service with a smile. The convenience store is well-stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, and essentials, making it a great one-stop shop during your fuel stop. I also appreciated the availability of various fuel options and the air pump, which was in good working order.
The only downside, and the reason for not giving a full 5-star rating, is the price of fuel. Shell typically charges a bit more than other stations in the area, which can add up, especially with frequent visits. While I understand the quality of Shell's fuel is top-notch, the higher prices can be a deterrent.
Despite the pricing, I would still recommend this Shell station for its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenience. Just be prepared to pay a little extra at the pump.”

“I use this cafe weekly and the service is fantastic, very polite staff, always have smiles on there faces and always very helpful. The food is seriously yummy. Went in here this morning for my usual breakfast (Fry up) wow can't rate them enough. I was served by Karl on the till and his customer service was outstanding, very professional and extremely helpful and a big smile. He was patient and explained the full process slowly so I was able to communicate to my grandma who is blind and deaf. They even held the bank open late as this took a while to do. “Family lunch out on a Monday so it was nice and quiet. Nice big restaurant, nice decor. Waitress friendly and helpful. We all ordered off the lunch menu. The food was good, mixed grill delicious, the batter on the fish was raw but they were happy to rectify it. The only thing everyone complained about was the side salad on the plate was warm. I'm guessing they plate it up while the plates are warm so none of us ate it as warm lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes are not nice.”
