We always do our weekly shopping here. Best part is the world foods and the freezer section. Only gripe is altough there are many self scanning scanners they are all the time unusable as they are not charged

First to use the cafe on a Sunday nothing had been cleanned floors and seating area's filthy. Needs a hygiene inspection.

Neva gonna do shopping their, they got so large stall and they charge 100 pound if its more than a 10 minutes of the time limits. Really disappointing. Seems like side business.

I always visit Asda Rivergate Shopping Centre in Peterborough and I am always thoroughly impressed! The store is well-organized, clean, and offers a fantastic range of products at great prices. A special shoutout to Manager Amreez, whose dedication and friendly demeanor make shopping here a delightful experience. The staff are always helpful and go above and beyond to assist customers. Highly recommend this store for all your shopping needs!?

Asda reward app isn't rubbish if you have money as cash pod you cannot use ut on baby food, if you want you cannot use it to buy cigarettes alcohol or anything you want just the rubbish asda products that no one wants it no shopping anymore in asda so far tesco and lidl it's the best

Very very disappointed with ASDA delivery. Booked a slot between 9pm-10pm and it was showing in the app that the driver is about to arrive. Waited till 11:30 and nobody showed up or haven?t received any calls from them. Called the customer care next day and store informed that they have cancelled my order because the driver was outside around 9:45, which was not true. I used to trust ASDA,not anymore.

I do all my food shopping at this store. They have everything I need to buy for the month. Due to location there have been a few incidents with staff. Though overall it's good value, convenient and spacious

i am really unhappy with the customercare . i had to take something out from the top shelf during my shopping. I asked 4 asda workers inside and finally they send me to customer care just to stand with my shopping basket in the queue to ask the parson at the till . N he got a perosn from inside the asda to help me take it. This was completely inconvenient.

We stopped into the cafe and what a disappointment!! This place was filthy and the service was absolutely terrible!! There was food all over the floor, on the tables and on the chairs ? no napkins .. no clean cutlery and the cutlery holders were absolutely

I am surprised that the Peterborough council food and hygiene department has not visited them for an inspection!!!
