Bought a controller there and upgraded to bundle with game, game was not in stock so went back to get it like 3 times, there was different person working there then the one who sold us controller, every time we have conversation with this lady her attitude comes towards rude, grumpy and unprofessional for no reason she just snaps. How can someone who hates helping to solve problems or help can work there ?????? We just don?t wanna go back to get game because of her!!!!! Can?t even explain or ask anything all she says - what can I do or it?s nothing I can help you with. Not even lookin up in system or anything just stands there like she hates everyone. Waste of time goin there just to get what you paid for.

So far, my collection from this branch hasn't caused me any trouble. It all depends, I believe, on who was on duty. It appears from reading previous reviews that they have staffing issues. I am hoping that is resolved quickly and that I won't run into one in the future.

Went to return an item as I brought the wrong one, the rude asian woman (apparently a manager) checked the item and refused a refund. I contacted a customer services and my refund was processed without any problems and with apologies.

Very very unprofessional staff the lady on counter was shouting at me as I was there to return an item. Whole staff need training how to deal customers. I willNever go to this store again

They made a mistake with an order, and after charging our card made us pay for the item again. They assured us that the money "would bounce back" after we came back to them regarding both payments being in pending on our card. Following day we had in fact been double charged, and what made it even worse is the manager had point blank refused to refund us. From what I've read this is an ongoing problem with this store. Being set back half a grand obviously has caused us a lot of stress. If you're ordering from argos do not order from this store - use the main one in town. Still chasing that refund 3 days later.

The Jamaican bloke in here refused a refund point blank to my partner yesterday for a faulty Freesat box, because he didn't want to. Complete jobsworth .seems they have a habit of doing it in this store.Currently taking it further with head office. Have been told to visit another store to obtain refund . The box is faulty. Get a life.

Went to return a item as I brought the wrong one , the rude woman checked it and said they cant take it back as it was unsealed (I opened the box to check) so I had to go to the main store who took it back no issues.

So helpful staff the other day. I went to collect an item and when my meat that I bought from Sainsburys was dripping with blood they found me a bag to put it I so my recyclable fabric bag wouldn't get damaged. Sainsburys wouldn't give me a meat bag!
