Absolutely disgusting that a staff member shouted at my wife and child Infront of everyone over a mistake with a basket. Glad one member of staff had some common sense and made an apology on her behalf. The same staff member who had no issue swearing and gossiping about her husband rather than serving the customers. Think management need to take a look at the bad apple

Nice place to shop, but ilse is always packed with palate being unloaded, making it hard to get to bits needed. It's not good if you were wheelchair bound. Staff are pleasant and happy to help with reasons I go back.
