On their window it says buy one get one free. The guy at the counter started charging us £13.99 when my younger brother asked him how much one pizza was he says £7 so we said to him that on the window it says buy one get one free so technically you should be charging us £7 when he got corrected by my younger brother,He got angry and told us to go somewhere else,unbelievable Customer service.

Food arrived Luke warm, pizza, garlic bread with mozzarella were both dry and poor quality. Chicken bites were soggy. Both myself and kids had the squirts afterwards. That was last time from here for us.

If I could I would leave no start absolutely disappointed with the service went in today to get some pizzas asked what was the ingredients of the Apna style pizza and was told it has chicken tikka when took it home it also had donner meat which they didn?t mention as i specifically asked and when we called the person said you never said you didn?t want dinner meat (but you didn?t mention it?s got donner meat on it) so we returned them and said keep the pizzas and money as any other takeaway would have resolved the issue or given money back so will never eat from here disgusting customer service will never recommend to anyone.

There was a problem with the order so I called the store. Staff was REALLY RUDE!! I ended up having to call another store to call them and fix it. Never ordering from Papa Johns Lincoln Road ever again!!
