A friendly welcome awaits in this hidden local pub.
Ales and wine list are rotated regularly whuch has been recognised by winning 1st place in the CAMRA awards for the last 3 years running . . Feeling peckish? Order one of the fresh pizzas from the menu and have it with some coleslaw and chips from Fri-Sun. Opens Wed/Thurs from 7pm, Fri/Sat from 6pm and Sunday 12pm - 7pm.
Did not post £'s pp because we drink a lot but beers are very reasonable compared to other local boozers and pizzas FAR better than the takeaways (!) (And much cheaper)

A great atmosphere, good beer,and the landlord and lady are very pleasant.Beer very reasonably priced, with a good selection.Well worth travelling for a pint.

Firstly I must say that this is the cleanest pub we?ve been in in a long time.
The floors , bar, tables and toilets were immaculate.
The beers were great and the staff were friendly.
To top it off they make delicious home made pizza.
Good music too.
Would definitely recommend.

A lovely village pub. Good selection ales and beers. Friendly landlord. Lovely fresh made pizzas. Check opening times as its a small village. We'll worth a visit.
