Lovely quiet pub, very friendly place and dog friendly too! Food is great! Only downside is not disabled access. But it's an old pub so expected. But staff are very happy to hold the door and help you in. Valued village service!

Stopped off here a few months back for some lunch while passing through.It was very quiet, I think other than what looked to be one or two regulars we were the only ones in there. The lady serving us was very friendly though and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately the food I received wasn't too great but it was good enough to keep me going for the rest of the day.Overall our experience was ok, but I probably wouldn't return.

Great family pub, homely atmosphere and lovely staff. Limited beer selection unfortunately but everything else is great ?. Definitely recommend a visit :-)

The food here is really good. The landlady is very friendly and really lovely. Unfortunately she doesn't get enough trade to open every day, but she does open at weekends.It's a good place for meeting the locals and forging friendships. We'll certainly be visiting again.
