Emma does my lashes, they always look full and last for 4+ weeks, Iv been to a few places to have lashes but none have lasted or looked this good

Emma is to the point and explains fully everything that is going on..she doesn't Molly coddle..That's because she's a perfectionist..If u want absolute perfection, give her a call...She has changed my eyebrows and I only wish she'd been recommended sooner.Service: Eyebrow beautification

Started off wonderfully and returned for many treatments over many months. Unfortunately the service provider became increasingly more abrupt and rude as time went on, to the point where she stopped replying to my message enquiries all together (even though she had read them). Whilst the services are good, the customer service side of things is poor.Services: Permanent makeup

Emma done my nails and eyelashes for my daughters wedding and I couldnt be happier.my eyelashes were natural and beautifully done and my nails were perfect.I have been back 4 times since.Would highly recommend this lovely salon.

Refused to accept a valid voucher from Groupon and then ignored messages when I tried to contact them. Thankfully, the company that the voucher was purchased through refunded the money as they were ignoring them too.Not sure why they put their company on Groupon if they?re refusing to accept them, must be desperate for business if they?re taking the money and not providing the services.

I have beautician qualification myself and went without judgement however I had the worst manicure / pedicure ( if you can even call that ) in my life at Beauty by Emma Grant salon! Do not go there, even if it is cheap via voucher. Waste of time and money, the beautician didn't even bother to be accurate and chopped off my cuticle harshly which made it worse, didn't put oil at the end, gel was applied unevenly with bumps/leaked on my cuticle and under the nail, pedicure wasn't even a pedicure, didn't bother to use skin removal scrub/peeler, in fact didn't touch my hard skin at all, didn't apply any creams, simply washed my feet and then applied gel, really badly again. Can't believe good reviews about this salon, but I truly Do not recommend!P.S. none of the equipment were sterilised in barbicide or at least I have seen them being cleaned/sterile prior. The file definitely had left overs from previous clients...The manicure/pedicure was not performed by Emma, so perhaps her service is better. Thanks

I have been Emma's client for about 2 years now. She is excellent at what she does, from facials, lash extensions, brow shaping to pedicures and nail extensions. She is very thorough, professional and always thrives for the best. Her expertise helped my skin so much, that with the right products and routine as she suggested, I haven't had a break out for about 5 months! I find that amazing and my skin is smooth, younger looking and glowing. I would never think of going anywhere else. Her salon, The Beauty Lounge, is a very relaxing and pleasant place to go to. I always feel welcomed and treated fairly. 10 out of 10!

I had the most amazing African Pedicure by Emma today. I was slightly worried about how it would all work but Emma made sure that I was relaxed and made me feel at ease with the new changes. Highly recommend The Beauty Lounge, can?t wait to come back.

I had my gels removed with Emma. My first time visiting the salon, she removed the gels properly, so my nails are left looking healthy.I was impressed with the setup in this post-covid world. Emma wore a mask and gloves, and there is a clear screen on the nail worksapce for extra protection, as well as hand sanitiser being put around the salon.

Being new to the area I chose this place because of all the good reviews. My eyelashes and eyebrows do look great however the customer service really let the whole experience down.I really wanted to treat myself as I?ve been feeling a little run down as of late and I thought this would be perfect for perking me up but I was wrong. I feel as if I had paid them to just insult me for the time I was getting my treatments done.The beautician complained that she had to get a second set of eye pads because the first set didn?t stick. She then said she only has an hour to complete my eyelashes and eyebrows when on their website it says that the lashes I wanted take 1hr 30 to do.After this she then went on to mention how bad my skin was and why had it broke out? I mentioned that since finding out I was pregnant my skin had gotten worse. She then asked if I ever get facials done which I said no and that she could tell while pointing out where I had spots. Later she mentioned about a cream that would apparently help my skin. I felt like this was just a way to get me to buy more products from them. It was honestly just rude and I was left feeling even worse about myself then when I entered. The whole experience was awful and really let them down.I won?t be coming back again.
