Do not come here with e-prescriptions. They sent me away saying that they can?t access my e-prescription (something they have managed in the past). I went to a Boots pharmacy in Royston straight away and they dispensed the medication in 10 min, no problem. Service is also very slow at the Well pharmacy with typical prescription medication preparation time of 30 min.

Unbelievable incompetence, dispensed the wrong drug to my elderly mother who is supposed to be taking an immunotherapy cancer drug, the actual tablets in the box were for heart and liver problems, thankfully she realised before taking!! She notified the Dr's surgery and they told her it was frequently happening and are following it up. Absolutely disgusted.

Failed to honour COVID jab for my Mother twice
I could just about manage that inconvenience but not when having booked and having travelled from Suffolk to take her.

Visited Well Melbourn today, 11th October, for my Covid booster jab.
Absolutely perfect and friendly service from their Pharmacist Manager, who also offered useful aftercare advice.

Wrong item was given in my prescription but somehow it was MY fault for not stockpiling meds

Went in, requested my prescription and it was ready all to go. Looks like the pharmacist is working hard trying to do multiple jobs at once.

The guy is really rude, rang to ask if they had a medication in he hung up, I rang again and he had ago at me telling me to stop calling.Avoid this pharmacy

If I could give 0 just to review I would. I cannot describe how angry I am with the way the pharmacist treats people. To grab medication on a break when you aren?t very well, and have a limited time on break to be asked to wait outside and not to push him in to being any quicker is a joke. Not pushing but I can?t go back to work and then come back because it will be closed
