The staff were more than helpful today. Couldn't have asked for a better service. I needed some plumbing fittings and they got me sorted - thanks to the girl with the tattooed arms (sorry forgot your name).

Staff are always happy to help.and advise on the products we need. We are currently on a bathroom refurbishment and have practically lived in the store. They now know our 1st name of by heart we go in there that often.

Slow, disorganised and frustrating.What?s the point of having an app where you can check yourself in and collect your order when the staff don?t react to the system and you are stood around waiting and waiting and waiting?. Someone needs to get a grip of this store.By far the worst Screwfix I use.

YOUR'E SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!It's always lovely to get my electrical supplies at Screwfix March.Not waiting around for ages and wasting time like in some wholesalers I could mention.I use Click & Collect most times and everything is packed and ready for me to go off and to illuminate someone else's world with LED'S!Kayleigh or one of the other lovely staff makes me a nice hot coffee and then I eat a low calorie Weight Watchers doughnut and have a good laugh together with the staff and other customers.If only all shopping trips could be like this!Merry Christmas to all at Screwfix March and thanks for your incredible service.Nigel. Visited and ordered an aerial amplifier, text came through, went to pick it up, then realised I had ordered the wrong type. Explained to the man who served me, very helpful, found some adapters, in stock. Went home connected, best picture I have had for years for less than £40. Excellent product, great price, extremely helpful staff, will certainly be going back there, thank you ?
