Trash. They're always going to make it difficult to adopt their rescues. They need to reform their outdated covid era policies, their reluctance to do so is a reflection of their anti-human management style - I did not feel welcomed as a potential adoptee just trying to do the right thing. Unfortunately, the organisation is not optimised to rehome their rescues, they are optimised to play on the sympathy of potential donors.

A few weeks ago we were lucky enough to adopt two gorgeous girls from Block Fen .They are simply wonderful the amount of joy they have brought us is unbelievable.They have settled so well and are so well behaved.......most of the time.Honey is a little nervous when out walking which results in some barking but she is having some training for that.The staff at Block Fen were really helpful and made the whole adoption process easy.

We adopted Golden Retriever Penny from RSPCA Block Fen 8 years ago. We found the staff very helpful and caring. We were given advice on Penny's care by their vet and staff as Penny had various health problems. She is now almost 14 and has age related problems but has been and is the most wonderful dog. Thank you for allowing us to adopt her.

I adopted a beautiful siberian husky from block fen shelter in July 2008. Sadly he passed away in February 2021 4 months short of his 15th birthday. I miss him terribly. The photo I am posting Sadly was the last one as he had chronic renal failure and he was put down on that day but he had a good and happy life with me.

Looks really good. Only went to reception to hand in some dog food as my mother's dog had to be euthanised.

It's a lovely place to get an animal from and the staff are very friendly. Loses a star because of the road down to it.

Wonderful place. It was very hard not to walk out without another dog, cat, or guinea pig. Great staff. Oh forgot about the pigs?

So helpful. So friendly. Our meet and greet with a dog didn't go according to plan, but right away they wanted to be of help and they offered us another dog. So excited to pick her up. Would definitely recommend
