“David the pharmacist is so happy and has a lovely smile for everyone compared to everyone else there. Would be great if ithere wasn't always a queue and some of the staff were a little faster and if they didn't look like they had no room to work. Tesco surely could give them more space now half the store is empty”

“Never had a problem if you are patient. It's a small corner pharmacy having to deal with hundreds of prescriptions, from Mercheford and Cornerstone practices, and even more from the expansion of housing. The staff are all under tremendous pressure, and as most pharmacies are underfunded. If you don't like it then find another pharmacy, but I'll predict you'll be whinging and whining at those. Go online and get them delivered, if they are not urgent, and are on repeat. That will alleviate to some extent the pressure you are putting on these guys.”
