We called into the store and hoped to see Andy. Why have you let him go. His replacement (Karen, I think) is so much less able to help. We would love to know what happened to Andy as he ALWAYS treated us properly.

Visited Mattressman in March yesterday and Karen was a huge help to sort out the bed frame and perfect mattress for us. Karen was very knowledgeable about the products and really friendly and helpful. We will certainly be going back to this branch.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to store manager Andrew. We were struggling to find a firm superking mattress in-store but luckily Andy knew of one available online and found us a great deal. Sure enough the mattress has been superb! He also helped us to find a suitable ottoman bed frame and headboard by showing us the different colours on a phone call when we couldn't come in to the store. They are excellent quality and really sturdy. Couldn't be happier with our purchases and the customer experience.

Don?t use this store if you don?t want to spend money, Andrew can literally sell ice to eskimos, great knowledge, great customer service and overall excellent experience. Would definitely recommend!!!

Andrew Canham is so kind, very knowledgeable and he has a good sense of humour. I recently bought a bed and mattress because I?m moving out of my house soon and then I got another mattress for my Nan yesterday because she had surgery on her broken hip recently. Highly recommend Mattressman.

Awful just awful. Salesperson just wanted a sale and has sold us what we said we didn?t want whilst assuring us it suited our needs. Avoid this place like the plague. Bad product. Bad service.
