If I could give 10 stars I would, Mattressman in March I've used 3 times in the last couple of years, they are the most professional, caring and customer oriented business I've come across from any home product supplier, nothing is too much trouble, everything they say they will do, they actually do....A big thankyou to Andy Canham and the team, excellent products and excellent service.... don't make the mistake of thinking you need to go to the big stores for quality...Andrew MaclarenBuckden

Do not bother with this company. Ordered a mattress for next day delivery, 1 week later still don't have the mattress and apparently they do not know where the mattress is and they made it out like that was my problem. Rubbish customer service on the phones, they physically do not have the stock so basically false advertising. Also I wanted to cancel the order many times and that was also made very hard to do. Would not take a free mattress from these guys. RUBBISH COMPANY!!!

Andy was on the ball letting me know that the order was delayed-& fun and personable with it which makes so much difference! And he was there and chirpy twice when we had problems putting the flat pack together- and finding the bits! So glad I used this shop rather than an anonymous online dealer even if £20 more!

If you want the best service and the best bed ever, you have to visit Andrew at the March store. No pressure, just good advice and help from someone who knows his job and made shopping for a bed a pleasure. Bed delivered by two efficient and pleasant young men. The only place I would recommend to go to for a new bed.

We are so pleased that we found Mattressman. Andrew is without doubt the most attentive store manager I have met in many many years. There was no pressure to buy and not only did he actually, genuinely listen to what we had to say, he was also happy to take time with us and discuss all the alternatives before directing us to what turned out to be absolutely the right bed for our needs.We will be needing to buy a couple more beds in the not too distant future and we will definitely be coming back to see Andrew for those.Update.Well, we did go back to see Andrew, who was attentive and as helpful as before. Once again he discussed options with us and we have ended up with a pair of single beds that are perfect for when we have visitors to stay.Thank you Andrew.

What an amazing experience!! We went in to buy a mattress for a friend's mum. The manager was brilliant. Couldn't be more helpful. He bent over backwards to help us find the right mattress. So friendly and helpful. He's a very colourful and charismatic man. We had such a blast, we ended up staying longer than intended. It was all good fun. It was one of the funniest days in a long time!! And we got the mattress we urgently needed too!!

We were in store today taking out interest free credit on a really sumptuous mattress with the kindest most helpful store manager Andy. Super fast delivery booked this week. Andy helped us try all the mattresses that were most suitable to our bodies and sleeping styles. very happy customers and highly recommend
