I went to the store to buy some groceries by the time I went to the till my battery on my phone had died. I desperately needed the items . The store assistant was very helpful .
She managed to get me an iPhone charger after consulting her manager/supervisor. I waited for a few minutes until my phone was charged and then paid for the groceries.
Thank you so much Lidl staff for the customer service I received and it?s greatly appreciated.

Bought a pack of Piccolo tomatoes that were on offer for 0.89 p.At the till they charged me £1.99 which is normal price.I didn't see it until I was out of the shop, so didn't go back to ask for explanation. But don't happen for the first time.So I'm not going back there.
