on multiple occasions, i?ve been to holland and barrett in march and left unhappy or annoyed. Just a couple days ago i went in and bought something that costed £2 in total, as i tried to pay by card it wouldn?t let me so i used cash instead. the day after i get a notification come through to my phone saying that i have spent £2 at holland and barrett on my card. it?s only £2 so i?m not too annoyed about it but it is still slightly frustrating since they charged me double. on another occasion i was checking out my items and they asked if i had a holland and barrett card. I politely declined but the lady behind the counter was persistent. she kept asking if anyone in my family had a card, i said no, she then asked for my postcode, again i said no, and just kept trying to get me to tell her. Holland and Barrett is a good shop, and i like the things they have there but the one in march doesn?t seem to be as good as others i have been to. probably just a few misunderstandings but as somebody who works with customer service, theirs wasn?t the best.
