“I went to the store to buy some groceries by the time I went to the till my battery on my phone had died. I desperately needed the items . The store assistant was very helpful .
She managed to get me an iPhone charger after consulting her manager/supervisor. I waited for a few minutes until my phone was charged and then paid for the groceries.

“Staff always friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. There are currently closures in the town and staff have offered customers to collect their shopping around the back of the store if they are unable to carry their shopping to the car. This is not something they would normally allow but have made exceptions until the issues are sorted.”
