Lovely patient staff(Tara)who helped me find the perfect coffee. The establishment was clean and not busy. I saw lots of delicious cakes but didn't try any.

Just an overall comment (not related to today's experience.
And maybe because I'm the far side of 50?
Why does Costa have to be so noisy? Lot's of banging and dragging of chairs and hammer like sounds. Am I the only person that gets pizzed off with this? Staff are always great. When moving chairs from point (a) to point (b) could they not be lifted from point (a) and positioned at point (b)?
This is considered constructive comment!! Okay.
Many thanks just cut the banging and dragging and my world will be almost perfect ????

They are unable to make an extra hot drink its always luke warm . Other costa outlets seem to be able to so what do they do different in the March outlet .Had one in Peterborough they half fill your cup with boiling water from a tap before they make the drink March dosnt .
