The pharmacy closing for lunch between 1pm and 2pm lacks common sense. Those that work need to take their lunch breaks to get their prescriptions, and you close to get your sandwich then. Astonishing lack of foresight really. Take it at 11-12 or 2-3 and actually be open when customers need you.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service that the pharmacy offer, I changed to Boots recently as my meds were never ready on time and mostly they weren't even there in my old pharmacy.
I receive a text when they are ready to collect, no issues.
The staff are friendly, helpful and very professional.
10/10.

It has what you expect, I did move to Tesco's as it was more convenient because of hours, but they seemed until you went in and asked for prescriptions they got them ready even after a week, sometimes it took two weeks before meds were ready.At boots 3 days is the most I've waited since returning.

Their big downfall is that it is so difficult to get through on the phone. I've spent most of today trying to get through. I have home delivery because I'm disabled but do have to go in for certain items. The Staff are really helpful and friendly

I changed over to boots from a rival pharmacy approximately a year ago. I am on monthly collections of my medication. I am very happy with the professional and prompt service. The staff are very friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Its apparent they truly care and are passionate about what they do. I would give the store with its current staff team a very rare 10/10.

Went in looking for beard products only to find that they are only stocked at larger stores. If I was a woman it would be perfect as its rammed with women products and only a couple of shelves for men.

I have repeatedly had negative experiences in this Boots and today I had another one. I have not had an issue with a pharmacist for 20 years until today. I have faced judgemental and discriminatory attitudes repeatedly at this chemist. Their really ghastly staff are seriously uninformed, and also lack empathy and understanding about their important role in rural communities. I'm disgusted, again with the responses I get at this chemist and felt it important to comment. I left shocked, upset and appalled. Do not go to this chemist with sensitive issues. You have been warned! Happy to provide more details should anyone ask!

Got our doctors in romford Essex too put through a prescription too collect from march high St picked up on Thursday still waiting one item, too be picked up on Saturday NOW they are saying that we already picked it up, even after they gave a slip saying that these are still waiting too be collected, they are so unhelpful and just suggest that we do an emergency via 111, clearly they have made a mistake and not owning up too it or listening too a word that we are saying

Very much seems under staffed.There was only one assistant working on the shop floor and also working the till by herself.A large number of people waiting to be seen for the prescriptions at pharmacy queue I had about 20 minute wait just to have a word with the pharmacist about a problem I was having.
