I bought a few things for my kitchen, a small kitchen bin( food waste) food storage containers, etc. The lady who served me was very kind and friendly, I couldn?t find the lid for the bin, and she went round the shop looking for it. Great customer service.

This is a large, well stocked B&M branch with plenty of parking and the added bonus of a garden centre. As with all B&Ms it's a bit hit and miss with what they have in - get it when you see it because it may never be there again! Sometimes it's a bit tricky to find what you're looking for but that's just the nature of the store. It's great to have a garden centre and it's reasonably good value but it really is a shame that the plants are so poorly cared for - most of them were dead or dying through lack of water or being left in the blazing sun all day. It must cost a fortune to keep throwing away so many plants all the time when they just need someone with a little plant knowledge who can give them the right conditions to thrive or, at the very least, can wield a hose! A great branch of B&M but not great for plants at the moment.

I do like this store but, I have found that since it was 'improved', it actually isn't as good as before...staff are friendly enough and store is always busy and shelves full but, something seems to have been lost since the upgrade.

Stuff is everywhere, no specific locations for things, sort of mixed. But you will eventually find what you are looking for.

Staff excellent, went out of there way to help, young lady on checkout exceptional helping to find out if product had arrived in store and young men helping with my purchase extremely professional. Cannot praise them enough for my experience in the store.
